I assume you are trying to expand this into a 4th order polynomial...
First,  multilply (3x-1) by (3x-1) to get (9x^2-6x+1)
Then, multiply (x+6) by (x+6) to get (x^2+12x+36).

Now, multiply (9x^2-6x+1) by (x^2+12x+36) to get the answer.
